Description

These perforated anti-static foam rolls measure 1/8" thick by 24" wide by 550' long and are cross-perforated every 12", allowing consistent, tool-free sheet separation at uniform intervals. The pink foam construction dissipates electrostatic charge, distinguishing these rolls from standard polyethylene foam for use with charge-sensitive goods.

Designed for wrapping, interleaving, and layer-cushioning static-sensitive components, these rolls are commonly used in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor handling, PCB assembly operations, and contract packaging environments where electrostatic discharge poses a risk to product integrity. The 24" width accommodates a variety of part sizes without trimming in most wrap configurations.

The foam is moisture-resistant, providing an additional layer of surface protection during storage and transit. Each roll weighs approximately 35.46 lbs; cases contain 3 rolls at approximately 106 lbs per case. Freight delivery is required for this product.
