The 12 x 10 1/2 x 2 inch easy-fold mailer is built from ECT-32-B single wall white corrugated board and assembles without glue — side panels fold inward and the closure is secured with tape. Multiple pre-scored fold lines let packers set the box depth (1/2", 1", 1 1/2", 2") at the point of pack, so a single mailer size handles items of varying thickness without switching between SKUs.
