3M™ F9469PC VHB™ Transfer Tape is a 5.0 mil clear acrylic transfer adhesive engineered for permanent, high-strength bonding to smooth, flat metal and rigid substrates. Its Very High Bond formulation delivers shear strength comparable to mechanical fasteners — eliminating the need for rivets, screws, spot welds, or liquid adhesives in structural assembly and mounting applications.
This tape performs reliably in demanding manufacturing, electronics, signage, and fabrication environments where fastener-free assembly is required. The acrylic adhesive resists moisture, UV exposure, and solvent contact, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications where long-term bond integrity is critical.
The roll measures 1 inch wide by 5 yards long and features a polycoated kraft liner for controlled, clean application. The 3-inch core is compatible with standard tape dispensing equipment, and the product carries a UL746C rating. Sold as one roll per unit and ships via parcel carrier.
