1 x 1" White Direct Thermal Labels

These 1x1 inch white direct thermal labels use heat-sensitive facestock that activates on contact with a thermal printhead, eliminating the need for ink, toner, or transfer ribbon. The result is a lower consumable cost per label and reduced printer maintenance compared to thermal transfer alternatives.

The bright white topcoated surface delivers sharp, high-density output well suited to barcodes, date codes, price tags, part numbers, and small identification labels. Compatible with direct thermal printers from Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and other standard desktop and industrial label printer brands, these labels fit into existing print workflows without hardware changes. Typical environments include warehouses, distribution centers, light manufacturing, and retail back-of-house operations.

Each case contains 5,100 labels and ships via parcel carrier. The compact square format is well matched to applications requiring scannable identification on small parts, components, or inner packaging where label real estate is limited.
