4 x 12" White Direct Thermal Labels

These 4 x 12 inch direct thermal labels feature a bright white topcoated facestock that activates directly through the printhead, eliminating the need for thermal transfer ribbon. The result is sharp, high-density output with consistent scan rates across barcode symbologies — without the consumable cost or changeover time ribbon systems require.

The large 4 x 12 inch format suits extended shipping addresses, multi-line product data, oversized barcodes, and combined label formats. Warehousing, fulfillment, retail distribution, and manufacturing operations regularly use this size for shipping labels, compliance labels, and pallet identification where standard 4 x 6 labels fall short.

These labels are compatible with Zebra, Datamax, Sato, and most other direct thermal label printers, making them a drop-in addition to existing print stations without hardware changes. Each case contains 500 labels and ships via parcel carrier.
