These 4x4" D.O.T. Oxygen - 2 hazard labels meet federal hazardous materials marking requirements for packages and vehicles transporting oxygen, with the required D.O.T. identification number printed on each label to support compliance with 49 CFR hazmat labeling regulations.

The roll format is well suited for warehouses, shipping departments, freight handlers, and hazmat compliance teams processing consistent label volume. The 3-inch diameter core is compatible with tabletop dispensers and wall-mount dispensers, supporting organized dispensing at pack stations or dock areas.

Each roll contains 500 labels. Compatible tabletop dispensers (SL9506, SL9512, SL9518) and wall-mount dispensers (LDM300, LDM450, LDM850, LDM1250) are available separately. Sold per roll.
