24"x 200 yard VCI Scrim PC50H Wrap

PC50H VCI scrim wrap combines a 50 lb. poly-coated natural kraft base with tri-directional scrim reinforcement and vapor corrosion inhibitor chemistry. The scrim construction delivers high tear resistance in all directions, allowing confident wrapping of irregular-profile components, heavy metal stock, and abrasive fabrications without puncture or mid-wrap failure.

The poly coating blocks grease, oil, and moisture at the surface, while the embedded VCI chemistry emits corrosion-inhibiting molecules that protect ferrous metal surfaces without requiring direct contact with a wet coating. Manufacturers, metal service centers, and distributors rely on this material for steel parts, machined components, coils, and fabricated assemblies destined for storage or transit.

Each case contains one 24" x 200-yard roll weighing approximately 33 lbs. The roll ships via parcel carrier, making single-roll orders practical for facilities that replenish on demand rather than by pallet quantity.
