VCI PC50H scrim wrap is a 50 lb. poly-coated natural kraft paper embedded with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor chemistry and reinforced with tri-directional scrim construction. The VCI formulation actively dissipates electrostatic charge and inhibits oxidation on ferrous metals, while the poly coating creates a reliable barrier against moisture, grease, and oil penetration.
The 48-inch width and tri-directional reinforcement make this wrap well suited for steel rolls, fabricated parts, castings, and heavy machinery components with irregular shapes or sharp edges. It performs in long-term storage scenarios as well as transit packaging in manufacturing, metalworking, and industrial distribution facilities.
Each case contains one 200-yard roll weighing approximately 67 lbs. The scrim construction provides dimensional stability under tension, allowing the wrap to be used for pallet interleaving and large-format sheeting without tearing. Ships via parcel carrier.
